If we have received enough registrations by 25 March, we will select registrations at random

MY USCON will send selection notifications through online accounts. We hope to notify the account holders on or before 31 March. The H-1B petition, subject to the maximum statutory amount, can only be filed by a petitioner, whose record for the beneficiary was selected during the H-1B registration process.

We will conduct public contact and other community activities to ensure that representatives and registrars are familiar with the electronic registration process. Additional information, step-by-step registration instructions, and how-to videos are available on the H-1B electronic registration process page.
